Age-Proof Life aims to challenge the usual stereotypes of aging (chronic conditions, aches & pains, loss of strength/ flexibility, etc.) by presenting an alternate perspective offering new possibilities for continual growth and enrichment that are removed from conventional opinions.

The entries will be eclectic. At times, stereotypes will be challenged while at others, we’ll talk about various aspects health/wellness/fitness as well as calling books and articles to your attention. Or an entry may be comprised of just a quote. Thus, no rules exist.
